Glow Up Beauty Spa

1 - To be eligible to nominate a person for the projects, you must be a Glow Up Beauty Spa customer, that has received paid services from Glow Up Beauty Spa, in the previous 3 months.

2 - The nominee must be a current part of the actual target group (ie: cancer patient or veteran/Veteran's spouse) to be eligible to receive the free services.

3 - It is understood that not all nominated persons will win the free services. 

4 - It is understood that the person selected will be at the discretion of the Glow Up Beauty Spa representative. All decisions are final.

5 - Glow Up Beauty Spa, and its representative can disqualify a nominee if it is revealed that the nominee is not a current member of the relevant project's target demographic.

6 - A person can only be nominated once every 12 months.

7 - If there are no nominations for a month, Glow Up Beauty Spa and its representative can cancel that month's draw, at its discretion. The project is NOT CUMULATIVE. So if there are no nominees for one or more months, those months' spots will be forfeited and will not carry over to the following months.

8 - There will be a total of 12 nominees, for each project, selected per calendar year.

9 - You may not nominate yourself.

10 - Paying customers, can only nominate one person, every 3 months, for each project.

11 - A list of the nominated persons will be available, upon request, however, to consider their privacy, only a first name will be shared, and no other contact details.

12 - Glow Up Beauty Spa will make every attempt to contact the winner to book their services however, if contact cannot be established within 10 working days, Glow Up Beauty Spa and it's representative have the right to move on to the next nominee for that months draw and the uncontactable nominee will forfeit their eligibility.

13 - The winner will have 1 year from the draw date to receive the services, otherwise the offer will expire and they will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.

14 - The services won, must be conducted at the Glow Up Beauty Spa location, and cannot be redeemed as credit or cash.

15 - Glow Up Beauty Spa and its representative has the absolute right to cancel and/or discontinue one or both of these projects as it deems fit and will not be required to give notice or continue to honor the free services.

16 - By nominating a person for any of the projects, you accept all of these terms and conditions.
